5. Rule Issues

• Outs counted in T-ball

• AAA/Minor minimum play requirement for regular season and playoffs
• No player should sit out more than one inning a game until all players have sat out an inning (unless injury).
• One base overthrow rule for AAA/Minors
• Is the one base on the throw or pass ball (i.e., pass ball runner goes to 2^nd ; than an overthrow by catcher to 2^nd . Does runner have to stop at 2^nd or does he get 3^rd?
• Is this rule intended for AAA, minor or both?
• Minimum play rules for Major league South tournament play
• Yes or no
• Ten run rule for Major league South tournament play

• Patched umpires at both minor and AAA games or just AAA
• Extra expense for patched umpires at both levels was not anticipated
